JOB DESCRITPION
You will join the Group Occupational Safety & Security Department, the team responsible for defining, deploying, and continuously improving Klépierre’s Group‑wide safety, security, and resilience strategy.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at Group level within a publicly traded European company, working with operational teams across the countries where we operate.
Key Responsibilities :
The intern will contribute to both operational support and strategic analysis, including:
Operational & Coordination Activities
- Drafting summary notes.
- Support day‑to‑day operational activities related to Group safety, security, and resilience.
- Contribute to coordination and harmonization initiatives, particularly on video surveillance (CCTV)‑related topics across countries.
- Participate in cross‑functional and cross‑country exchanges with internal stakeholders.
Strategic Monitoring & Analysis
- Conduct strategic monitoring and horizon scanning, including:
- External and open‑source intelligence on topics of strategic interest for Klépierre.
- European geopolitical, security, and risk developments.
- Analyze information, identify key trends and signals, and support decision‑making.
What is expect from you
- Establishment and monitoring of structured watch and monitoring systems.
- Production of infographics and cartographic materials.
- Excellent draft of notes, briefs, analytical reports, summaries, and thematic dossiers.
- Creation of digital safety and security content for the entity’s intranet portal.
- Development of digital reporting, monitoring, and steering tools.
Required Skills
- Fluent English (C1 Level)
- Additional languages are a plus, particularly Italian and/or Spanish
- Strong academic background in international relations, geopolitics, law, economics, or security studies
- Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and strategic‑reasoning skills
- Ability to identify key issues and synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in mapping and visualization tools
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven interest or experience in secure open‑source research (OSINT)
Profile :
- Education: Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a University or Grandes Écoles
(Political Science, International Relations, Geopolitics, International Security, Economics, or equivalent)
- End‑of‑studies internship
- Strong motivation for topics related to safety, security, risk, resilience, and crisis management prepardness
