Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer with a strong interest in commercial and retail leasing to join a growing team. Working directly with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise landlords, developers and business owners across a diverse portfolio of property assets. Your work will include:

• Commercial and retail leasing matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documents
• Advising on leasing strategy and risk management
• Put and Call Option Agreements
• General property transactions and advisory work
• Direct client contact and relationship management

This role offers exposure to high-quality property work and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients from an early stage.
What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3+ years' post-admission experience in property law
• Strong experience in commercial and retail leasing
• Exposure to Put and Call Option Agreements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• The confidence to manage client relationships and provide practical advice
• A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing your technical expertise
