Description

• Support AML/KYC remediation and client review activities
• Review and analyse client / investor documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform KYC checks and ensure the completeness and consistency of client files
• Handle a high volume of lower-risk cases while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up on outstanding documentation
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of clear and accurate KYC records
• Escalate identified issues or unusual situations to more senior team members when required

• First professional experience in AML/KYC, Client Due Diligence, Customer Due Diligence or remediation
• Experience reviewing client or investor files
• Good understanding of AML/KYC principles and regulatory requirements
• Comfortable working with high volumes of documentation and repetitive review activities
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, investment funds or a similar regulated environment is a plus
• Knowledge of Private Equity, Private Debt or Real Estate-related investment structures is an advantage
• Good command of English
