Description
My client is a boutique with strong global FIG credentials and they are expanding their London FIG team.You will already be a FIG M&A Analyst or have completed FIG investment banking internships with reputable banks/boutiques. You have developed a financial modelling skillset and be building your FIG investment banking skills.
Compensation is high and this firm has a track record of very high deal flow (and therefore high exposure to live execution work).
You will work on FIG transactions (primarily related to Asset & Wealth Management, Private Banking, Private markets, PE, Hedge funds, Real Estate etc).
Key tasks
- Execution of on-going deals within the group, e.g. M&A transactions, Financing, Capital Markets etc
- Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients
- Strategic idea generation
- Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
- Data analysis
- Modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.)
Skills:
In addition to FIG M&A skills and experiences my client is interested in those with European language skills (especially French, Spanish and Italian).
