- Estate Planning & Real Estate Attorney
Description
Well-established high-volume estate planning and real estate law firm (sole practitioner) seeks attorney with approximately 2-4 years experience in the fields of estate planning and real estate.
This office was established in 1947 by my father and has been wildly active ever since. For the last 35 years, I have always had one or two attorneys working with me, but for the last several years I have been blessed in doing it alone iwth the help of three amazing assistants, all three of which have been with me in excess of 25 years, with the oldest assistant having retired after 40 years of practice with me.
Clearly, working here is a family environment, however, it is extremely high-volume and does require in-office dedication.
Even though I am 70, I have no interest in retiring, but the clear benefit in working in this practice is the possibility of succession for whatever lucky candidate is able to assimilate into the practice and develop a relationship with our clientele.
Seventy-five percent of this practice is estate planning, involving choreographing, drafting, and ultimately administrating great clientele.
I am looking for somebody with about 2-4 years of experience, as I need some general knowledge, with the understanding that we would enlighten and broaden the applicant's knowledge beyond that level of expertise.
Salary clearly would be in excess of $100,000.00, predominately determined by the applicant's expertise. Medical insurance is available, however, due to the size of the firm, retirement benefits are not.
Requirements
2-4 years experience in the fields of estate planning and real estate. I would still be interested in a candidate that does not have 2-4 years experience but the candidate must be sharp and able to learn quickly.
