Real Estate/Family Office Associate / Fort Worth

Polsinelli is seeking a Family Office/Real Estate associate to join our Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions group for our Fort Worth office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb writing and communication skills.
 
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of substantive experience handling complex commercial transactions, ideally including real estate transactions, such as:

-Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
-Handling sponsor real estate deals involving debt financing, joint venture structuring, offering documents, and transaction closings
-Advising on post-acquisition asset management matters, including leasing, property management, and loan modifications
-Representing both sponsors and institutional or equity investors in a variety of real estate and investment structures
-Advising family offices on structuring and administering both single- and multi-family entities, including succession planning, governance, and transactional matters such as real estate and capital investment and attendant agreements
