 The Job:

As a Regional Real Estate Manager Americas, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team working as a Hybrid employee.   You will report to the Sr Director of Real Estate & Performance and support the team in Americas transactions.   You’ll get to: 

  • Coordinate Americas region real estate transactions for leadership review for the SBD portfolio consisting of 275 locations totaling 25M SF.
  • Partnering with business and functional stakeholders to develop strategies to optimize real estate portfolio
  • Ability to assess and understand building utilization and what drives innovative and inspiring work environments, then incorporate effective work environment strategies into portfolio projects.
  • Partner with Business Operations and Real Estate vendors on site searches, purchases and divestitures of both industrial and commercial properties
  • Support strategies together to deliver portfolio optimization projects. 
  • Assemble strategy for, organize team and deliver complex real estate development projects
  • Bring the outside in to ensure real estate and workplace strategies are leading best in class
  • Conducting Net Present Value, IRR and other financial analysis as required to analyze real estate and facility consolidations.
  • Developing concise presentations to guide business decision; interfacing with project teams & communicating with financial & business leaders to gain financial support for cost reduction activities.
  • Performing preliminary lease vs. buy analysis and makes recommendations for Treasury department approval
  • Help create budgets, and assist in the report monthly and quarterly consolidated business unit real estate data in support of driving key performance metrics 
  • Manage outsource transaction provider(s) to ensure negotiation and project execution is in line with expectations: identify additional excess capacity opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of reconciling real estate metro plans, maintaining database updates, consolidated data reporting and management. 


Requirements

The Person:

  • Finance, business or related degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in large enterprise corporate real estate or related field
  • Awareness and passion for workplace strategies and execution discipline required to deliver
  • Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills
  • Strong external provider management skills
  • Bi–lingual /Spanish fluency preferred
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and database applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project/programs with limited and shared resources
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project status and program needs across different levels of the organization and different operating environments
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership of solutions, and a constant drive to improve results
  • Travel-up to 25%
