Even after all documents are signed and the parties leave the closing table, important work remains, making the role of a Real Estate Post-Closing Specialist essential. Team members working in a Post-Closing role wear many hats. They must shift between a wide range of tasks to satisfy clients’ needs, as well as field lender requests and assist them in fulfilling their requirements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring our office receives final title policies for each closing, recording executed documents, such as deeds and mortgages, and reviewing past transactions settlement statements to assist clients with their property taxes.

Position Summary
Our Real Estate and Title office is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Real Estate Post-Closing Specialist to join our closing team. This role is responsible for managing post-closing tasks including document recording, mail processing, account reconciliation, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and submit closing documents for recording
Track and confirm recording of documents with applicable jurisdictions
Manage outgoing and incoming mail related to closed transactions
Perform account reconciliation and assist with post-closing financial tasks
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
Communicate with lenders, attorneys, clients, and internal team members regarding post-closing matters
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
Assist with additional administrative or closing-related duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a legal, title, or real estate environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
Proficient with basic office technology, and the Qualia software systems
