Description
Alterra Group is a real estate developer creating beautiful properties for the leaders of a new generation. The company has developed 9 real estate projects, commissioned over 140,000 m², and currently has 416,300 m² of projects in its pipeline.
We create modern, large-scale real estate development projects that contribute to business growth and economic development — including logistics centers, industrial parks, business hubs, and more. We have an ambitious goal: to contribute to the transformation of Ukraine’s economy from a raw-material-based to an industrial one by creating infrastructure and services for our industrial parks that enable a full production cycle, product distribution, and the creation of added value.
For us, it is important to bring life and beauty into spaces. That is why we develop and manage warehouses, manufacturing complexes, business centers, shopping centers, and all types of commercial real estate. We aim to transform places that were once empty into vibrant spaces where businesses grow, new jobs are created, and beautiful architecture becomes part of the environment.
All our projects are developed in partnership with some of the best architects in Ukraine because we believe our country deserves beautiful and innovative architecture.
