Associate - Commercial Real Estate Valuation

About the Role
Looking for an Associate to join a growing CRE valuation team supporting major institutional clients. You'll dig into loan details, build thoughtful valuations, and translate complex insights into clear, confidence‑boosting conversations.

This job is perfect for someone who's analytical and personable, while this role is client facing- it is incredibly technical as well.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead valuation projects for commercial real estate loan portfolios
• Dive into loan docs, financial statements, and deal structures (aka treasure hunts with data)
• Build and review valuation models and market‑supported assumptions
• Present results to clients, auditors, and stakeholders- clarity is your superpower
• Track interest rates, market trends, and CRE fundamentals
• Grow into client relationship ownership within just a few months

Who You Are:

• You've got experience in CRE valuation, underwriting, appraisal, or financial modeling
• You're highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex models (ARGUS experience is a plus)
• You can distill complex concepts and communicate valuation insights clearly and confidently
• You stay informed on capital‑markets trends and have a genuine interest in how real estate deals are structured
• You're detail‑oriented, curious, and thrive in fast‑moving environments
