InsClaim Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Liability Claims Specialist to join its professional liability claims practice.

The position will involve a broad range of professional liability and E&O matters, including:

• Lawyers Professional Liability
• Insurance Agents & Brokers E&O
• Accountants Professional Liability
• Architects & Engineers
• Real Estate and Miscellaneous Professional Liability

The ideal candidate will have significant professional liability claims experience, strong litigation-management skills, and the ability to independently evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and settlement strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling complex professional liability claims from assignment through resolution
• Managing defense counsel and litigation strategy
• Evaluating claims-made coverage and exposure
• Preparing claim evaluations, reserve recommendations, and client reports
• Communicating with insureds, carriers, counsel, and business partners
• Supporting file reviews, reporting, and quality-control initiatives

Preferred qualifications:

• Significant PL/E&O claims experience
• Strong defense-counsel oversight and litigation-management background
• Excellent written communication and claim-documentation skills
• Texas adjuster license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• JD preferred, but not required

The position is primarily remote. Illinois / Greater Chicago candidates are preferred.
