Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced Real Estate Joint Venture/Investment Fund Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group.
Requirements
Candidates should have substantial experience in advising on one or more of the following: real estate joint ventures, the tax aspects of opportunity zone funds and equity rollover transactions and the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds. The role involves advising on high-profile transactions, including real estate joint ventures for commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate developments, and representing family offices, real estate developers and sponsors, registered investment advisors, and private equity and venture capital funds.
Qualified candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical and business skills, and strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm.
No portable book of business is required. Remote arrangements will be considered. The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, excellent compensation and benefits, and a partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership, depending on experience.
