COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS ASSOCIATE 

San Antonio law firm is seeking lateral hire, 2-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate and business transactions.  Position involves representation of a diverse array of clients on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including real estate sales and leasing, mortgage and asset-based lending, oil and gas matters, technology-related licenses and contracts, banking services, and other general business matters.  Heavy emphasis on preparation, review and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.  Strong academics are essential.  Mid-size firm with relaxed atmosphere.  If interested, please submit your resume to Jon D.
