MEDALIST LEGAL is looking to add a top notch REAL ESTATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY to our Team. Position includes virtual opportunities, competitive starting salary and great bonus structure!  Applying candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years litigation experience, a solid understanding of general real estate matters and experience managing their own case files.

From matters involving homeowners’ associations to complex contract interpretations, we represent a diverse client base in nearly all segments of the real estate industry.  You will join a team-oriented environment and immediately have significant client involvement on a broad range of real estate dispute, real estate litigation, real estate transactional, and business formation matters. You must have excellent analytical, drafting, negotiating and advocacy skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other Medalists to present superior work product to and on behalf of our clients.

Must possess a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
