Qualifications
3–7 years of real estate experience
Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the assigned office is required, or the ability to obtain such admission prior to or promptly following hire
Compensation
The salary range for this role varies by office location and reflects a variety of factors, including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The anticipated salary ranges by market are as follows:
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
Annual subjective bonus
