We are single-office local CPA firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant specializing in Tax with exposure to Audit. This role is designed for a motivated professional ready to transition from technical execution into a leadership position. You will receive direct mentorship to take over client relationships, review junior staff work, and fast-track your path to partnership.
2. Core Responsibilities
Tax Preparation & Planning: Handle complex individual, corporate, trust and partnership returns. Primarily a tax practice.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and review the work of junior staff members.
Client Advisory: Act as a primary point of contact for our clients.
