The Opportunity:
We are offering a paid internship for students currently enrolled on a RICS-accredited real estate or property-related degree. Whether you're looking for a year-in-industry placement or part-time experience alongside your studies, this role will give you real-world exposure to commercial surveying and prepare you for the APC process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the agency team with property listings, marketing, and viewings
- Assist in market research, comparables and due diligence
- Shadow and support surveyors during inspections and negotiations
- Contribute to client reports, investment appraisals, and landlord updates
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and client briefings

Requirements:
- Currently studying on a RICS-accredited real estate, property, or surveying degree

- Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive

Based in or able to commute to London (some hybrid flexibility available)
