Seeking a full-time Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our Asheville office. We are a multi-state real estate law firm serving North Carolina and South Carolina, with a strong focus on residential real estate closings, client service, and streamlined operational excellence. We are looking for an attorney who is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to manage files efficiently in a fast-paced closing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee residential real estate closings
Review title work, prepare legal documents, and resolve curative issues as needed
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff
Ensure files are managed accurately from pre-closing through post-closing
Work collaboratively with our pre-closing, paralegal, and funding teams
Meet with clients in person and represent the firm with professionalism

Requirements

Requirements:
Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
Prior residential real estate or closing experience strongly preferred
Must be a Notary Public or willing to obtain notary certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
