Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate and underwrite real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns, risk and performance.
Prepare investment committee papers and present investment analysis to support decision-making.
Support transaction execution across acquisitions, joint ventures and portfolio investments.
Work closely with internal teams and external advisers throughout the investment process.
Contribute to the asset management and ongoing performance of existing investments.
Candidate Profile
1-2 years' experience in real estate investment, real estate private equity or real estate investment banking.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
Understanding of equity investments, joint ventures and real estate investment structures.
Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail.
Proactive, intellectually curious and able to communicate complex investment analysis clearly.
