Responsible for the management of Facilities Management projects from initiation through completion for bank client with multiple office and branch sites.
What You'll Do:
Manage and coordination of all areas of project management include planning, procurement, construction, closeout and payment process.
Work directly with client, local FM & technical team, vendors, and regional project team to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
In charge of procurement and tendering process by strictly following company and client procurement procedure.
Prepare action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation, solution proposals, and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Host regular project meetings with client, internal team, and regional project team
Act as the contact point of projects with vendors and Landlord/building management representatives for site survey, document submissions, arrange and participate on-site meeting, escorting, and project work supervision when required.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant Facilities Management or Real Estate project management experience.
MEP knowledge and work experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Language:
Korean - Native speaking and written
English - Fluent speaking and written
